i cried till my eyes hurt
i cried till my lips were dry
i cried till the skin on my lips peeled
i cried till my mouth was swollen
i cried till nose was running
i cried till my throat was dry
i cried till my face bloated
i cried till my lap was all tears
i cried till my whole body was trembling
i cried till my head started to ache
i cried till my legs were cold
i cried till my fingers wouldn't move when i told them to
i cried till my tongue bleed when i tried to hold it back
i cried till my mind went from blank to chaos over and over
i cried till my chest felt tight
i cried till my heart hurt and felt like it was going to burst
i cried till air wouldn't go into my lungs
i cried till i choked countless times
i cried till feelings of all kinds rushed in and out of my body
i cried till i wasn't myself anymore
i cried till i couldn't think straight
i cried till my eyes can't see anything because of the tears
i cried till i had to open my mouth for air to go in
i cried till taking normal breathes wasn't enough to substain the air my body needs
i cried till i couldn't stop whining
i cried till there were no more tears
i cried till i couldn't breathe properly
i cried till i my body felt numb
i cried till i couldn't feel how tired i am
i cried till i couldn't feel myself
i cried till my body couldn't take it
i cried till my mind couldn't take it
i cried till i couldn't cry physically anymore
i cried till i can only cry on the inside now
i cried so much to punish myself
i cried because thats the only way i know to punish myself
i cried because i don't know how to punish myself
i cried for having those thoughts
i cried for not knowing what the hell i was thinking
i cried for not being able to stop myself
i cried for not being able to stop those thoughts from running through me

how can i make up for what i felt before.......................
